When you sign up for ReviewBot, we collect your name, email address, and Google Business Profile data (including your business reviews) through Google OAuth. We store your OAuth tokens securely to maintain access to your Google Business Profile on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To sync and display your Google reviews
• To generate AI-powered response drafts
• To post approved responses to your Google Business Profile
• To send you email notifications about new reviews
• To process payments via Stripe

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all communications. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Business Profile API — to access your reviews
• Anthropic (Claude) — to generate AI review responses
• Stripe — for payment processing
• Resend — for transactional email delivery
• Vercel — for hosting and analytics

5. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can revoke Google access through your Google Account settings. Under Australian Privacy Law, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
