ReviewBot is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses manage and respond to their Google reviews. By using our service, you authorise ReviewBot to access your Google Business Profile, sync your reviews, generate AI response drafts, and post approved responses on your behalf.
You must have a valid Google Business Profile to use ReviewBot. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials or approval links with unauthorised parties.
ReviewBot uses AI to generate draft review responses. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be perfect and should be reviewed before posting. You are ultimately responsible for all content posted to your Google Business Profile, whether manually approved or auto-sent.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trial users receive 14 days of full access from signup. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
ReviewBot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from AI-generated content, API downtime, or third-party service failures. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
